A light bulb in a fire station in Livermore, California has been burning since 1901. The bulb has been featured on many TV shows, news programs, magazines, and web sites, including Myth Busters. The next time you're in Livermore, you can visit the bulb. Or just check it out on its web cam.

This is just so cool, I'm retired and worked as an Electrician in Chicago for 43 years, and I thought that was long. Wow, this bulb was burning for 41 years when I was born. I'm going to do my best to out live that bulb.

Light bulb is found throughout the world and has become one of the most common of household item. This is known as an integral part of a house. Light bulbs have evolved with the advent of energy-conscious initiatives to reduce the impact of consumer products. Above 106-year-old light bulb is looking nice.
